Gran, gran experiencia. ¡Gracias! Translate this opinion into English.

Absolutely fantastic! I was really hesitant to go, but it was worth every second of the tour. We were a small group. Mariano was THE BEST guide. Super patient, very communicative, and a really nice person. We had a light snowfall, and although we didn't see a starry sky, the snowfall made the trip even more special. The landscape was completely frozen. Zero mud. The food was 10/10. I went with my 11-year-old son, and we enjoyed it immensely. A truly amazing experience. Thank you! Opinion translated. The activity was excellent. We did the trek in September, and there was still quite a bit of snow and ice. Fer, our guide, was attentive and friendly, and he told us a lot about the lagoon and takes excellent photos! The food was delicious, and the portions were more than adequate. I just recommend that people keep in mind that the activity requires good mobility and a certain level of physical stamina. My partner and I both exercise regularly and were able to do it without any problems. Opinion translated. Show original.

My flashlight ran out of battery, I couldn't see the path, and because I couldn't see, I mistook a stick for a mud puddle and fell. The guide goes very fast and leaves inexperienced hikers behind. And in my opinion, it's not a beginner-level hike. Additionally, it would be great if they considered that these aren't locals, so the clothes they bring get covered in mud, and then they have to take a plane back home, and everything was filthy, and the hotels don't make cleaning easy.

Translate this opinion into English.

The scenery is beautiful, and the guide is very knowledgeable! However, the pace was quite fast, and the guide often left us a bit behind. It can be challenging for people who are not used to hiking, like us. At night, slippery trails made it even harder. I had to ask a few times for him to wait for us. Overall, it was still a good experience, but the pace made it harder for us to fully enjoy the hike.

Our guide Nahuel was excellent, with solid knowledge and very precise explanations, always concerned about the group's safety. It's a shame that Civitatis, when we booked, didn't provide the necessary information about special clothing, and we had to spend extra to rent equipment. The company didn't resolve the problem; Tomas, one of their employees, had to help.
