Translate this opinion into English.

I begin this review of the visit by mentioning the guide, Víctor. Because I must highlight him above all else. The place is magnificent, and when you add to that the fascinating history, unique exhibits, meticulous care and attention to detail, courtesy and professionalism, a deep understanding of history, and a genuine desire to please, all embodied in the professional guide... it's an experience that borders on perfection. Víctor possesses every quality one could dream of in a guided tour. My sincere congratulations on his magical performance today. Opinion translated. Show original.

Recomendamos totalmente a Vero, MUCHAS GRACIAS!!! Gracias Translate this opinion into English.

The experience was excellent, and our guide from Sigüenza (Guadalajara) was very, very kind and friendly (he warned us he had two or three bad jokes and told them to us, and they weren't so bad after all). The tour was quick with plenty of explanations, and we had a great few hours (it's a shame they didn't let him explain inside the Sistine Chapel). Next time! Thanks Opinion translated.

So many people. So much that we were elbow to elbow in the galleries. Impossible to stop and enjoy any specific piece. The guide was fine, although we didn't like that she didn't accompany us to the end of the tour. She said it didn't make sense in the Sistine Chapel because you couldn't talk, but then we saw other guides with their groups. I didn't like that at all.

Translate this opinion into English.

We took the tour with Alessandro. He was very clear about the entrance to the museum, which is usually quite crowded, and he was attentive at all times, guiding us to get in as quickly as possible. Once inside the museum, his explanations and the details he pointed out were fantastic, as was his guidance and his clear and engaging way of explaining things. I definitely recommend taking the tour with him. The visit itself is essential if you're in Rome, and it really doesn't make sense to do it without a guide. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Alicia was a fantastic guide; she told us a lot about the founding of Rome and the works in the museum in a very engaging way. Her explanation of the Sistine Chapel was particularly enjoyable and helped us understand the overall message, with many references to passages from the history of salvation. Highly recommended, especially because of the guide. Thank you, Alicia. Opinion translated. Show original.

Horrid crowds, an hour-long queue just to get in. And they don't mention in the booking that since last year you can't go directly into the Basilica after the guided tour; you still have to queue outside in the square. The guide, Valentina, was friendly, but the explanation wasn't very engaging or interesting.

My partner and I both loved it. It's breathtaking. No one who visits Rome should leave without seeing the Vatican and the magnificent Sistine Chapel. And above all, the guide you have is very important; we were very lucky with Bea, who made the visit incredibly enjoyable. Many thanks to Bea for how she told us all about the history.

Everything was great with Cristina! She's incredibly professional and friendly, and she kept us calm and informed with amazing patience the whole time. We went on a day when it was absolutely packed, and to top it off, the Vatican had to open late because of a technical issue or something like that, they told us. Our time inside felt a bit short because with so many people, there wasn't enough time to explain everything properly. Opinion translated. Show original.

El tour y la guia excepcional Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was excellent, and the guide, Bernadet, was excellent. However, the overcrowding in the Sistine Chapel was terrible; it was pressured to get through quickly. The access was excessively crowded and unsafe, and I don't think it's even legal to have so many people per square meter. The tour and the guide were exceptional. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was okay, although a bit brief on the part of the guide who also forbade me from recording, when that prohibition makes no sense, perhaps he was afraid that I would record him, there were guides in the Sistine Chapel who did explain it and ours did not.

Recomiendo! Translate this opinion into English.

Matilde was a great guide; she explained everything perfectly. Very kind, I highly recommend her. The tour was from 10 am to 1 pm, and you're walking the whole time—very tiring, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. The Vatican was incredibly crowded; we looked like ants. Note that the tour ends BEFORE the Sistine Chapel, but you can still go in. You just won't get the explanations. You don't need to bring headphones; they provide them. I recommend it! I highly recommend the tour with him. He's also one of those people who truly cares about their clients, as he's always there to help. My wife and I were delighted. Thank you so much. Translate this opinion into English.

Museums are incredible and overwhelming at the same time, that's a given and not the agency's fault; the guide Matilde Lumia was excellent, very passionate about her knowledge and her work, very good Spanish, only the headset is terrible, I wish they could have double headphones since it's much more comfortable, we could never get it to fit, and we had to use it as a speaker holding it the whole time. Me parecio desprolijo.

I only have one observation: since I booked, the time has been changed twice, and the online booking wasn't updated. I had to contact the tour company to confirm the correct times. I found this unprofessional.

Translate this opinion into English.
