The accommodation was unsanitary: toilet without a lid, bathroom without light, no separation from the bedroom, a door that was off its hinges, and deformed mattresses. There were only three hours of electricity a day from a generator. There was no maintenance whatsoever. The food was scarce, poorly seasoned, and offered little variety. The only pleasant thing was the guide, Andy. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

A disaster. We weren't expecting luxury, but neither were we willing to endure the indignity of rooms with appalling levels of unsanitary conditions. Only three hours of daylight? Disembarkation procedures that put our physical safety at risk, food that was delicious but extremely meager, and activities that were utterly pathetic. I've traveled extensively and have an open mind, but there are certain standards of dignity that shouldn't be compromised, for the sake of everyone—tourists and workers alike.

Translate this opinion into English.

Together with the guide Daniel we enter the jungle day and night to find animals and learn how to survive in the jungle. We saw a lot of birds, pink dolphins and many exotic insects. All the loft staff were super friendly. From the tour I would only eliminate the visit to the tribe on the last day because it is very short and very forced. The rest of the tour 10/10. Translate this opinion into English.

The highly recommended activity. The accommodation is perfectly maintained, the rooms are clean, with a private bathroom and everything you need to sleep. The food is abundant and of good quality, the cook is very pleasant and attentive. On the other hand, I would like to highlight the staff Yuri, Rolando and the person who usually does the transfer, human and professional quality of 10. They lend you the boots there although there are not all sizes. The experience must be lived. Opinion translated. Show original.

Great experience to never forget. We were 3 people in the tour and Antonio was our guide. He is excellent and explained us lot of things about the fauna and flora in Amazonas and they way of living. We saw lot of animals and walk in the forest everyday. In the lodge everything was prepared for us and it was very quiet. Great adventure!

Everyone was fantastic from the start. the lady organising the trip did great and Rolando our Amazon guide was great fun and very knowledgeable and always wanted to make sure we got the most out of our time. The food was great, as were our well varied excursions and we also liked our accommodation(dont expect a 5* hotel!). didn't see many wild animals(I blame humans) other than birds/insects/spiders but we did see river dolphins several times, went to sanctuaries and went piranha fishing!

Recomendable Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was very entertaining. The staff was very friendly and always helpful with any questions you might have. They were very attentive. The instructors, Renaldo and Daniel, gave us very useful information and kept us busy every day. Tedi was wonderful in the kitchen, and Lucho was skilled with the boat. The pool and the tranquility of the Lodge are a plus. Everything was clean and tidy... they even helped with mosquito bites! Recommended Opinion translated. Show original.

The tour is really cool, visiting the Amazon is something unforgettable. I personally loved the privacy of the lodge in the jungle, the animal sanctuary visit and the time to explore the river. Bad points: there is no hot water, food is really simple and the same everyday, as well as some visits are short.

Translate this opinion into English.

The best thing was the guide and the lodge staff, the location in the middle of the Amazon, the pool, the food was good. It's a shame that the monkeys and alligators are only seen in captivity, and the indigenous communities of the Amazon are a market where they only see money/tourism for a dance... Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

The food was delicious, some of it was vegetarian and Tedi the cook made sure everything was fine. Our guide Ronaldo was lovely, he was attentive all the time and explained everything very well. We have read very bad comments about the facilities and we wanted to say that you have to know where you are going and the conditions there. We loved it. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

I spent 3 days in the Amazon. Ronaldo is an excellent guide who took us on all the activities. The lodge is simple, although you are in the middle of the jungle, so you can't ask for more. On my return I was the only guest leaving, I had problems but they looked after me very well until I was able to leave. I recommend this activity. The bad thing about coming at this time (October) is that the level of the Amazon is low and you have to walk a lot under the sun, although they warn you in the reserve. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

It was very magical. We loved it. The Amazon Queen Lodge was very clean and bug-free, they gave us more than enough to eat and it was delicious; the activities were very punctual and interesting. Just as a warning during the dry season it is a long walk (in very hot weather) to the lodge so please take this into account. Opinion translated. Show original.
