It was chaotic trying to find the organizers in such a large crowd. I didn't have a QR code attached to my booking, so I had to leave the queue and go to the ticket office to have them look up my booking using my personal information. As a result, we were the last to board the boat, having to rush to get on, and there wasn't a single chair available, so we had to sit on the floor.

The walk is very short. You don't see anything you can't see from the pier. Expensive for what they offer. The meeting point is poorly defined. Being Spanish, there's neither an audio guide nor any information in Spanish. For what they offer, it's not worth paying 20 euros.

Translate this opinion into English.

The boat trip was fine, but they don't give any explanation of what you're seeing; it's just over the loudspeakers, and you can't hear it... It's not bad, but I wouldn't do it again.

The boat was nice, but the guide could be better. The service was good, although there should be more variety.

To be honest, of all the activities I've done with you, I didn't enjoy this one. It's a really slow walk, you can't see much, and it's all in English.

The landscape is fine, but the guiding was not understandable. The audioguide promised on the ticket is not available. The audioguide app. does not exist anymore. The price list for drinks is misleading and the real price more expensive than written on the menu. The trip is disappointing because the reality mismatches what is written in the conditions in several points.

I travelled with teenagers

We have not received any reports regarding the audio guides. We recommend reporting any issues in this regard so that we can assist you immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It would be advisable for Civitatis to inform you that with the printed voucher you do not gain direct access to the boat, but that you must exchange it for the tickets that are collected at the counter next to the pier. We arrived with enough time, and when it was time to board we found ourselves with this problem, which forced us to get on the boat last, and occupy the worst seats, after having been queuing for a long time. Regarding the activity, it is a walk

Translate this opinion into English.

It's a boat ride and you can see Dusseldorf from the Rhine. It's not impressive and the most important thing can be done on foot. The boat (we went on the big one) is impressive with two dance floors (although they have very limited outlets like a disco). The staff was friendly and helpful and you no longer need to go to the ticket office to validate the ticket (if it has a qr code). Opinion translated. Show original.

The ride was very nice, the boat is spacious and in excellent condition. The explanation is given in English and German (and it said that by wearing your own headphones and scanning a QR code you could put the audio in Spanish, but we didn't do it). They serve drinks and food on board at a cost that are very delicious. It was a very pleasant walk Opinion translated. Show original.

Relajante ! Translate this opinion into English.

Relaxing! Beautiful views, the staff was very friendly, the boat is large and comfortable, there is drink service (paid) on board, it takes an hour, when you arrive you feel very peaceful. Recommended! The only low point was that we did not find a QR code for the audio guide. Short descriptions of the most relevant architectural points are given, although only in German and English.
