Discover the secrets of the Mayan civilisation with a private excursion to Chichén Itzá and Tulum, the most spectacular archaeological sites in the Yucatán.
If you're on a getaway in Cancun and you want to discover the Mayan sites of the area or the most beautiful natural places, sign up for one of our private excursions. They all last 11 hours and include hotel pick-up, minibus transport and an English-speaking guide. The details of each excursion are as follows:
With this tour, you'll discover one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World, the archaeological site of Chichen Itza. Here you can find out the most curious facts about the Mayan civilisation and see the Temple of Kukulkan, the wall of skulls and the cenote of sacrifices. Did you know that it was considered an entrance to the underworld?
We'll continue exploring the history of Mexico in Valladolid, a Pueblo Magico with a colonial style that you'll love. You'll be able to see the Palacio Municipal, the Casa de Los Venados, the convent of San Bernardino de Siena or the church of Santa Ana. You'll also enjoy a relaxing swim in the Ik Kil cenote, located in the middle of the jungle.
This excursion will give you the opportunity to explore the city of Tulum, one of the walled constructions of the Mayas. There you'll unravel the mysteries and enigmas of this civilisation, that based its constructions on the arrangement of the cardinal points. After seeing the Temple of the God of the Wind or the Castle, you'll be able to admire the Caribbean Sea in its fullness.
Our next stop will be in Valladolid, where you can discover the history of the church of San Servacio or learn the most curious facts about Mexican culture at the Casa de Los Venados. Fancy a refreshing swim? We'll take you to the cenote Ik Kil.
If you aren't convinced by any of the above itineraries, you'll have the opportunity to create a tailor-made tour within the 150 kilometres surrounding Cancun. Some of the most interesting tourist spots are Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Playa Mamitas, Punta Morelos or Playa Langosta - whatever takes your fancy!
Pick-up will take place at hotels in Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen or any area within 150 kilometres of the Riviera Maya.
Reserving a private tour means you get a private vehicle and driver, just for you and your group. You can also reserve the tour at any time of the day, any day of the week and if you're a large group, you'll even save money!
You can book up to 1 day in advance if there are any seats left. Book now and guarantee your spot.
